Honeywell's precision barometer and precision altimeter have the best combination of accuracy and stability due to the integration of a microprocessor with Honeywell's Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) silicon pressure sensor. The MEMS sensor in Honeywell’s precision barometers is compensated from -40 to 85 °C, using a microprocessor to compute data to accuracies within ±0.03 percent of the full-scale pressure range.

The Honeywell Precision Barometer (HPB) and Honeywell Precision Altimeter (HPA) offer RS232, RS485 or TTL digital outputs..
